Last week, we had a visit from the Environmental Health Inspector …congratulations to our chef Liz who has been awarded 5 stars !

We are proud to have our modern commercial kitchen onsite with the delicious smells of homemade dishes wafting throughout the setting while Liz uses locally sourced supplies to provide a varied and nutritious menu.

How great to have confirmed what we already knew …Liz is amazing!
