All things Autumn
As we head into October, we start to think about the changing season and notice more and more leaves falling from the trees.
Nothing speaks more like Autumn than a delicious crumble! The children made the most delicious Apple Crumbles with Emma in the Hedgehogs bakery. Butterflies and Ladybirds have been talking about animals as they explore the sensory tray.
We have welcomed Andy from Romar Sports for football coaching, Clare from Storybears and Tasha from Djembe Devon. Kim from the Learning Journey visited Forest School and invited the children make 'Blobsters' with clay and natural loose parts. Great fun was also had in Forest School as the children washed and squashed blackberries into a bowl to make their own natural paint. Some children enjoyed playing 'mud splat' and this turned into 'paint splat' with very runny paint and mallets!
What a fantastic week at Nursery!
