Dragonflies and Flowers

There's nothing better than starting the week with a giant bug hunt! The suspense and excitement builds as we pull back a rock or log. The creatures wriggle and run and the children are keen to learn the names of the creatures and hold them. We all know that it's important to return them to where we found them. Our vegetable patch is looking amazing with carrots, runner beans and potatoes flourishing. Our wild flower garden is colourful and attracting all kinds of insects.
