What a wet Wednesday that was! Dragonflies had the best idea to bake some delicious Gingerbread biscuits for their tea. They have been enjoying the story all week and can often be heard running around the garden singing, "run, run as fast as you can, you can't catch me I'm the Gingerbread Man!"
Ginger scented playdough was another fun activity the children enjoyed. This is such a lovely, calming activity and it opens up opportunity to develop fine motor skills, tool use, rolling, flattening, mark making and so much more.
We've been playing in the garden, enjoying stories, rhymes and games.
