Digging in the soil, dressing up as bugs, compost in the Tuff Tray, bug hunt in the garden and making bugs using art and craft has been keeping our Dragonfly group busy recently. The children have discovered a lot about bugs, where they live, their home is called a "habitat", insects have six legs and two antennae.

In Outdoor Learning this week, the children found out about frogs. We made a pond for the frogs and added lots of rocks, pebbles and logs for the froglets to climb out on. The children had fun singing 'Five Little Speckled Frogs' and learnt the sign for frog in Makaton.
