As we continue to explore colours and shapes, the youngest children have really enjoyed the sensory tray with the colour orange, not to mention the orange painting table! They have had enormous fun making bright and colourful pictures and getting their hands messy!

Dragonflies really enjoy their colour games. They really enjoy counting the teddies and colour matching. The painted prints are on the display board and the children really enjoyed experimenting with the coloured runny paints and shapes.

Kindergarten have loved the gloopy mixtures in the sensory tray. The cold, runny, smooth feeling of the mixture in between fingers and and hands. The children experimented adding coloured water, stirring until the mixture changed.

We enjoyed a fun football tournament with Andy from Romar Sports - the last this term. Thank you Andy for your excellent coaching, the fun games and the skills we have picked up along the way.

We released the butterflies and all but one flew away into the nearby apple trees. The remaining butterfly and Derek the caterpillar need a little more time here at nursery before they join their friends.

We celebrated Deputy Manager Emma's birthday. The children gave her a gorgeous bouquet of flowers, cake, presents and cards.
