It's Harvest Time!

Thank you for the Harvest! Our winter vegetables have been planted and we are looking forward to growing Kale, Cabbage, Swede, Cauliflower and Leeks. We had great fun learning about how Sweetcorn grows. The children peeled back the husks to reveal the bright yellow kernels of corn. They even used the husks as paintbrushes! We discovered different ways to use the paint and we really enjoyed the printed dotty affect that rolling the corn in paint made.
