Over the last week we have enjoyed a visit from Clare from Story Bears, Football coach Ashton from Romar Sports and Kim from The Learning Journey. We have had a wonderful week making Autumnal printed flags, snipping leaves and tissue paper to make beautiful wands and of course making paper poppy collages. The Ladybirds and Butterflies have loved the sensory tray for Old MacDonald had a Farm. They have also been playing in the ball pool, soft play, balancing on the climbing bridge and singing along with nursery rhymes.
We have also started our woodwork sessions in Forest School and Outdoor Learning. The children have been learning how to use a hand drill safely and competently. The children started their woodwork experiences drilling holes in pumpkins and then progressed to soft wood.
What another fabulous week!
