Mud Pies, Puddles and a Gruffalo!

Butterflies have certainly embraced the Autumnal weather this week with jumping in puddles, exploring all the fallen leaves in the garden and experiencing the rain, (in full waterproofs and wellies of course!)

Dragonflies have been reading the story 'The Gruffalo' by Julia Donaldson and exploring the sensory tray. They have been wearing masks and using their imaginations to be characters from the story.

Kindergarten children have been baking with Emma in Hedgehogs bakery, playing football with Romar Sports, making apple prints using paints and also painting leaves from the garden.

In Forest School, the children have been digging over the vegetable patch and feeding the creatures hidden in the bug hotel. There was lots of laughter as we played with the gigantic, colourful parachute.
