We have never harvested so many potatoes! We've had a bumper crop this year and the tomatoes are delicious, bursting with flavour. We counted the potatoes, talked about their colour, shape and size. We even had a go at lining them up in size order - the smallest one we found was only 1cm! A grown supervised the children cutting the potatoes in half to make potato prints with paint and paper.
This week has been glorious and we have enjoyed our lunch outside - yes even roast chicken on Wednesday!
